Returns and Exchanges

If you receive an item you believe is defective or has been damaged in transit please contact us immediately at https://m.me/1waggypups or info@waggypups.com
If you are not satisfied with your purchase please contact us within 30 days of receiving the item.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it.
Please do not send your purchase back to the warehouse.
Exchanges and returns are free. Only items in new condition with tags purchased in the last 30 days are refundable.
- Start your exchange/return by emailing your order number and your email to info@waggypups.com
- We will email you the shipping label.
- Drop-off the package at your local post office.
- Once the item is received, the exchange/refund will process.
