We make it easy! Initiate your return or exchange here.

All returned products must be received within 30-days of the delivery date in unused, pristine condition with original tags attached.

To get your package ready:
1. Create and print your prepaid shipping label here.
2. Attach the label to the reusable mailer from your original order, or to any other shipping mailer of your choice.
3. Put your package in your mailbox or USPS drop box, or deliver it to any USPS location.
Please note orders must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date. Packages shipped with a different shipping label than the one provided may not receive a refund or the refund may be delayed.

We process returns and refunds as soon as we receive them. Please allow 1-2 weeks for the refund to appear on your credit card statement.

When making an exchange, the replacement product(s) will be sent when the returned item is received by us.

Exchanges cannot be guaranteed if the return package is not mailed within 30 days of your original delivery.

Due to increased volume for USPS, FedEx and UPS, we recommend ordering your holiday gifts sooner than you may have in years past!

We are doing our best to get your order to you as soon as we can and ask for your patience during this holiday season.

We recommend placing your order before December 15th (for free shipping) and December 18th (for Rush Delivery).
