Orders & Shipping

How do I place an order?

Simply browse our collections, choose your pup's size and preferred color, and click "Add to Cart." When you're ready, head to your cart and follow the checkout instructions. We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, Amazon Pay, Google Pay, Apple Pay, and Shop Pay.

How long does shipping take?

We process orders within 1-2 business days. Standard shipping takes 3-7 business days within the US. Express shipping is available at checkout.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We ship worldwide. International delivery typically takes 7-14 business days. Customs fees and import duties may apply depending on your country.

How much is shipping?

We offer free standard shipping on orders over $35 in the US. For all other orders, shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Will there be holiday shipping delays?

During the holiday season, USPS and UPS experience increased shipping volume. For USPS Economy, order by December 15th for delivery by Christmas. For Priority Mail and UPS 3 Day Select, order by December 17th. Check shipping options and estimated delivery times at checkout for the most accurate timeline.

How do I know if I'm ordering the right size?

How do I measure my dog?

Use a soft measuring tape.

  • Chest: Measure around the widest part behind the front legs.
  • Neck: Measure around the base of the neck where a collar would sit.
  • Length: Measure from the base of the neck to the base of the tail.

Compare your measurements to the size chart on each product page for the best fit.

What if the size doesn't fit?

No worries! We offer free exchanges. Just email us at info@waggypups.com with your order number and we'll send you a free shipping label.

Returns & Exchanges

How do I start an exchange or return?

Exchanges and returns are easy and free at Waggy Pups. Email us at info@waggypups.com with your order number and email address. We'll send you a free shipping label. Drop your package off at your nearest post office. Once your return reaches us, we'll process your exchange or refund. Only items in new condition with tags purchased within the last 30 days are eligible for refunds.

I sent in my return. When do I get my money back?

We process returns and refunds as soon as we receive them. Please allow 1-2 weeks for the refund to appear on your credit card statement.

I requested an exchange. When will I get my new items?

We'll send out your replacement items once we receive your return shipment. Exchanges are best when your return package reaches us within 30 days of your original delivery. After that, we can't guarantee we'll have the new items in stock.

Can I return a sale or clearance item?

Yes — all items purchased within the last 30 days in new condition with tags are eligible for return or exchange, including sale items.

Product Care

How do I clean Waggy Pups products?

Most of our clothing items are machine washable on a gentle cycle in cold water. Hang dry or tumble dry on low. Avoid bleach and fabric softeners to preserve colors and fabrics. Collars and leashes can be spot cleaned with mild soap and water.

Are your products safe for my dog?

Absolutely. All our products are designed with your pup's comfort and safety in mind. We use pet-safe materials, breakaway safety features where appropriate, and non-toxic dyes. Every design is tested for fit and comfort.

Will the colors fade after washing?

Our products use high-quality, non-toxic dyes that hold their color well. To keep them looking their best, wash in cold water and avoid direct sunlight while drying.
