2. Label Love: We'll send you a free shipping label via email. Just print it out and slap it on your return package (no extra paw prints required!).

3. Local Drop-Off: No need to hunt for boxes or wait in long lines. Simply drop your package off at your nearest post office. Easy peasy!

4. Wag & Wait: Once your furry friend's return reaches us, we'll process your exchange or refund like lightning (well, maybe not that fast, but pretty quick!). You'll get an email to keep you in the loop.

Remember:

• Only items in new condition with tags purchased within the last 30 days are eligible for refunds.
• Exchanges are the best way to get your pup the goodies they truly love (no hard feelings!).
