How do I start an exchange or return?

Exchanges and returns are easy and free at Waggy Pups. Email us at info@waggypups.com with your order number and email address. We'll send you a free shipping label. Drop your package off at your nearest post office. Once your return reaches us, we'll process your exchange or refund. Only items in new condition with tags purchased within the last 30 days are eligible for refunds.

I sent in my return. When do I get my money back?

We process returns and refunds as soon as we receive them. Please allow 1-2 weeks for the refund to appear on your credit card statement.

I requested an exchange. When will I get my new items?

We'll send out your replacement items once we receive your return shipment. Exchanges are best when your return package reaches us within 30 days of your original delivery. After that, we can't guarantee we'll have the new items in stock.

How do I know if I'm ordering the right size?

Will there be holiday shipping delays?

During the holiday season, USPS and UPS experience increased shipping volume. For USPS Economy, order by December 15th for delivery by Christmas. For Priority Mail and UPS 3 Day Select, order by December 17th. Check shipping options and estimated delivery times at checkout for the most accurate timeline.

How do I measure my dog for a dress or collar?

Use a soft measuring tape. For chest size: measure around the widest part of the chest, just behind the front legs. For neck size: measure around the base of the neck where a collar would naturally sit. For dress length: measure from the base of the neck to the base of the tail. Compare your measurements to our Size Guide for the best fit.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We ship worldwide. International delivery typically takes 7-14 business days. Customs fees and import duties may apply depending on your country.

How do I clean my Waggy Pups products?

Most clothing items are machine washable on a gentle cycle in cold water. Hang dry or tumble dry on low. Avoid bleach and fabric softeners. Collars and leashes can be spot cleaned with mild soap and water.

How much is shipping?

Free standard shipping on US orders over $50. For all other orders, shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

What if the size doesn't fit?

No worries at all! We offer free exchanges. Just email us at info@waggypups.com with your order number and we'll send you a free shipping label for the exchange.

Can I return a sale or clearance item?

Yes — all items purchased within the last 30 days in new condition with tags are eligible for return or exchange, including sale items.
