Exchanges and returns are easy and free at Waggy Pups. Email us at info@waggypups.com with your order number and email address. We'll send you a free shipping label. Drop your package off at your nearest post office. Once your return reaches us, we'll process your exchange or refund. Only items in new condition with tags purchased within the last 30 days are eligible for refunds.

I sent in my return. When do I get my money back?

We process returns and refunds as soon as we receive them. Please allow 1-2 weeks for the refund to appear on your credit card statement.

I requested an exchange. When will I get my new items?

We'll send out your replacement items once we receive your return shipment. Exchanges are best when your return package reaches us within 30 days of your original delivery. After that, we can't guarantee we'll have the new items in stock.

Use a soft measuring tape. For chest size: measure around the widest part of the chest, just behind the front legs. For neck size: measure around the base of the neck where a collar would naturally sit. For dress length: measure from the base of the neck to the base of the tail.
