Our warranty covers flaws in workmanship and materials (not including stains and damage from chewing, see our one-time damage guarantee below) that occur during normal use. If any seam, buckle, D-ring, or label fails during normal use, send us a photo and we’ll issue a credit for a replacement accordingly. Each customer is limited to one (1) warranty replacement per purchase.ONE-TIME DAMAGE GUARANTEE
Our one-time damage guarantee covers you in case of excessive wear, chewing, or stains; you will be entitled to a one-time, half-price replacement. How do I start a return or exchange?
We make it easy! Start your return or exchange here https://waggy-pups.fabreturns.app/.
All returned products must be received within 30-days of the delivery date in unused, pristine condition with original tags attached.
How do I mail my return or exchange?
To get your package ready:
1. Create and print your prepaid shipping label here.
2. Attach the label to the reusable mailer from your original order, or to any other shipping mailer of your choice.
3. Put your package in your mailbox or USPS drop box, or deliver it to any USPS location.
Please note orders must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date. Packages shipped with a different shipping label than the one provided may not receive a refund or the refund may be delayed.

I sent in my return. When do I get my money back?
We process returns and refunds as soon as we receive them.
Please allow 1-2 weeks for the refund to appear on your credit card statement.
I requested an exchange. When will I get my new items?
When making an exchange, the replacement product(s) will be sent when the returned item is received by us.
Exchanges cannot be guaranteed if the return package is not mailed within 30 days of your original delivery.

Will there be holiday shipping delays?
Due to increased volume for USPS, and UPS, we recommend ordering your holiday gifts sooner than you may have in years past!
We are doing our best to get your order to you as soon as we can and ask for your patience during this holiday season.
We recommend placing your order before December 15th (for USPS Economy) and December 17th (for Priority Mail and UPS 3 Day Select®).
