Turquoise, Black and a Flash of Lime
Capri is the loudest plaid we make. A turquoise-blue base carries thick black lines, white squares at the intersections and a fine lime green pinstripe running through the blue. On a photo it pops against brown leaves and gray pavement, which is most of what a fall walk looks like.
It is also the plaid that suits a black dog best. Dark coats swallow pattern, and the combination of turquoise and lime holds its shape against black fur where a darker check would disappear.

Measure the chest at its widest point, right behind the front legs. That measurement matters most.

- Chest 18 to 23 inches. Neck 17 to 19, back up to 13. Beagle, Pug
