Rainbows in the Rain
A royal blue shell printed with small rainbows in red, yellow and blue, each finishing in a white cloud. It is a raincoat for the dog who wears a harness and a sweater and a bandana, and it does not pretend otherwise.

Measure the chest at its widest point, right behind the front legs, then check the neck.
